Contract Me is a great app that helps you or your partner keep track of your contractions during labor.

Each contraction is timed and the app calculates the time between contractions (frequency). The Start Stop Length and Frequency of contractions is stored in memory so you can close the app without loosing data.

On the timer screen a graphical representation of the frequency is displayed which makes it easy for you to see which stage of labor you are in. Active labor is generally when contractions are 2 to 5 minutes apart (frequency) and can last between 45 to 90 seconds.

The graph is the most useful feature as it will show a rough straight line when you are nearing Active Labor as the frequency of contractions will be of similar length.
